Practice Statement:
A plan including an annual forecast, quarterly review, weekly/monthly engagement, or another agreed-upon frequency is developed to manage ticket volume and locate workload fluctuations.
Practice Description:
Facility owners/operators and/or their representatives develop methods to sufficiently forecast and plan for future workloads so that ticket requests may be completed on time. This best practice ensures that adequate personnel and equipment are available to complete all locate requests.
