6.4 Timely Database Updating
Practice Statement:
The database is updated by information from facility owners/operators.
Practice Description:
The database is promptly updated as information is provided or becomes available from the facility owner/operator. The system can accept information in standard file format with minimal human intervention. The 811 centers in these states follow this practice: Arizona, North Carolina, Ohio, New Jersey, and Wisconsin.
